Project Description
The new 16,000-sq.-ft. two-story building houses Goddard School’s beautiful 8,000-sq.-ft. educational facility on the first floor. Professional office space is on the second floor. Scope of work was ground-up, and included site work, constructing a conventional structural steel building, all MEP, and complete first floor finishes.
