A Glance Back: L’Oreal USA Chose Fenton for Interior Renovation Project

This project is in addition to numerous interior renovation and new construction projects that Fenton has completed in the past for several divisions of L’Oreal USA, including the L’Oreal and Lancome Groups.

Fenton Construction recently completed this interior renovation project for L’Oreal USA in Cranbury, NJ. This project involved the building of a security office in their main lobby. The renovation was designed by The Farrell Partnership and our scope of work included new doors, drywall, ceilings, aluminum & glass, custom millwork, carpet & ceramic tile, paint, signage, optical turnstiles, fire alarm & security, fire sprinklers, electrical, and HVAC.

This project is in addition to numerous interior renovation and new construction projects that Fenton has completed in the past for several divisions of L’Oreal USA, including the L’Oreal and Lancome Groups. Some of our previous L’Oreal & Lancome projects include a 20,000 sf manufacturing addition and various interior renovations at the N. Brunswick facility, a 20,000 sf packaging expansion and 20,000 sf warehouse construction addition with related site work at the Franklin Township facility, the installation of new process room and miscellaneous office and interior fit outs plus mezzanine construction projects at the Franklin Township facility, a 65,000 sf facility expansion with related site work in Franklin Township, and a 50,000 sf state-of-the-art packaging/warehouse/shipping and flammable storage facility in Piscataway, NJ.
